The world’s first patented technology for the dry, magnetic installation of architectural surfaces.
MagFace® eliminates the need for glues, mortars, and adhesives and introduces a high-precision, reversible magnetic system for installing, removing, and reusing surfaces. It reduces installation time, demolition work, and waste, enabling a new construction standard: modular, clean, scalable, and sustainable.
01 — MagFace® Installation Layer
Technical substrates containing ferrous microparticles, suitable for use on floors and walls, and compatible with the patented MagFace® system. Each installation layer is designed for a specific application method—from brushing to spackling, from carpet to self-installing panels.
Insulating mat
Insulating mat ideal for all surfaces. It stays securely in place on walls and floors and is suitable for any type of surface.
Water-based paint
Water-based paint applied with a brush. Ideal for applying micro-surfaces, small-format tiles, and magnetic graphics to walls.
Paste-form putty
A water-based paste filler that is applied with a smooth trowel. It is used to smooth surfaces and level out irregularities in the substrate.
Insulation panel
Self-installing insulation panel. The fastest solution for surfaces with significant unevenness—no wet installation required, ready to use.
All four installation layers use the same patented MagFace® ferrous microparticle technology —ensuring consistent magnetic compatibility with all Magnetic Covers in the system.
MagTaping®
Professional solution for the quick and stable installation of the MagFlexMat® insulating underlayment.
Its extra-strong, instant adhesion ensures maximum hold even on difficult surfaces, allowing floors, wall coverings, and countertops to be put into service immediately.
Provides vertical slip resistance for up to 110 kg/m² of flooring.
Solvent-free, ultra-low-emission, and ready to use. Resistant to extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to +110°C.
MagFiller®
Elastic hybrid sealant for grout lines, joints, and technical connections.
In the MagFace® system, the grout line is not merely a finish, but an active technical element that contributes to the reversibility and adaptive maintenance of surfaces.
MagFiller® ensures aesthetic continuity and performance even in complex and humid environments (bathrooms, showers, technical areas).
Available in 11 matte finishes. Permanent elasticity, resistance to water and mechanical stress, low VOC emissions, free of solvents, isocyanates, and MEKO. Removal without invasive demolition.
The result of the MagFace® system: architectural surfaces industrially transformed into high-performance magnetic elements.
Ceramic, stoneware, marble, stone, wood, and composite materials can be installed, removed, and reused without any loss of aesthetic or technical quality.
Not a product, but the result of a technological process.
Performance guaranteed by properly prepared substrates.
Stable, dry, and level surfaces in accordance with UNI 11493 (±1 mm when checked with a 1-meter straightedge), walls free of air bubbles, and right-angled corners.
In case of irregularities: technical skim coats and leveling compounds. Substrate preparation is an integral part of the system.
Cementitious and anhydrite screeds, existing floors, drywall and fiberboard, OSB/MDF/wood-based materials, calcium sulfate panels, metal substrates, and existing surfaces to be overlaid.
Suitable for new construction and retrofits. The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
A system designed for advanced architecture: retail, hospitality, showrooms, corporate spaces, prefabrication, dry construction, raised floors, furniture systems, and decorative surfaces.
Supports slabs up to 160×320 cm, thicknesses up to 30 mm, and vertical loads up to 110 kg/m².
Ready for immediate foot traffic, suitable for heavy traffic, chemically and mechanically resistant, compatible with radiant heating systems. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C. VOC-free, does not cause electromagnetic interference, self-extinguishing. Improves acoustic and thermal comfort.
Removable surfaces without demolition. Immediate access to technical installations and radiant heating systems.
Operational approach: install, inspect, replace, reuse. Selective interventions without disrupting functionality or aesthetics.
Technical documentation for specifications, requests for proposals, and sustainable design.
For every 100 m² of floor area, the MagFace® system generates 0 kg of demolition waste, compared to 2,000–3,500 kg with traditional installation methods. 0 kg of CO₂ during removal. Installation time reduced by 60–80%. 100% reusable materials.
MagFace® defines a new category of surfaces: modular, reversible, scalable, and integrated into industrial processes.
Designed for advanced construction, retrofits, and circular architecture. A proprietary system that combines engineering precision, design freedom, and sustainability.
